Returns Within 15 Days
Our return window lasts for 15 days from the date of purchase. If it has been more than 15 days since your purchase, we, unfortunately, won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage you to inspect your purchase upon receipt to ensure complete satisfaction.

However, we want to emphasize that our leashes are excluded from the chewing category and stand by their durability and reliability.
Chipping on Waterproof Coating: Our waterproof collars and leashes are thoughtfully designed to endure everyday wear and tear. While the waterproof coating is resilient, chipping can occur if the item is rubbed against a very hard surface or if your dog decides to nibble on it. Please note that such chipping is considered cosmetic damage, not a product defect.
Cosmetic Damage: We are devoted to delivering products that combine functionality with aesthetic appeal. However, please understand that certain minor cosmetic imperfections may arise from daily use, such as stains, color changes, normal wear and tear, scratches, or non-functional changes in appearance. Rest assured, and these do not affect the product's performance in any way.
Intentional Abuse, Tampering, Misuse, Alterations, and Modifications: Our return policy does not cover items that have been intentionally subjected to abuse, tampering, misuse, or alterations not recommended by our team. We encourage responsible usage to maximize the lifespan of our products.
Rust: To prolong the life of our products, we advise against immersing any metal components in water unless specifically designated as waterproof or water-resistant. This precaution will help maintain the integrity of the materials and ensure a long-lasting experience for you and your pet.

Simple Return Process:
Should you need to initiate a return, here's what you need to do:
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Our friendly team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.
- Carefully package the item in its original packaging and ship it back to us using a secure and trackable method.
- Once we receive the returned item and inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements, we will proceed with the refund or exchange, as per your preference.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
