A: Turtle mask should be able to fit insertable filters that are equivalent or smaller than the following dimensions "12 x 8 cm".

A: Turtle mask should be able to fit insertable nose bridge wires that are equivalent or smaller than the following dimensions "8 x 0.6 cm".
Q: Why is the care tag sewed on loosely on my Turtle Mask?
A: We have purposely designed the care tag to be easily removable so you can remove it to reduce skin irritation while wearing our masks. The care tag is sewed on with an easy to identify colored thread.

Q: Should I wash the mask in hot or cold water?
A: According to the CDC guidelines, hot water is NOT necessary for the sanitization of your mask.
Turtle Mask 1.0 : To prolong the life of ear straps, we recommended handwashing with liquid detergent in cold water.
Turtle Mask 2.1 : Machine wash in cold, gentle/delicate cycle in delicates laundry wash bag with like colors.
Q: How to care for my Turtle Mask?
A: To get the most use out of Turtle Mask we recommend caring for your product as below
- Wash with liquid detergent before use
- Fabric softener is recommended but optional
- Always remove filter
- Do not use bleach
- Lay flat to dry
- Do not Iron
Q: How often should I wash my Turtle Mask?
A: We recommend that the Turtle Mask should be washed after every one-day use.
Q: Do I need to wash the mask before using it?
A: Yes, we strongly recommend hand washing with liquid detergent and fabric softener before using it for the first time.
Q: Do I need to remove the nose bridge wire before wash the mask?
A: Yes, we strongly recommend removing the nose bridge wire before washing the mask.

Q: Will the mask fit both men and women?
A:Our mask is designed to fit most adult faces. The 3D design shape and adjustable ear straps allow the mask to adjust to different face and nose shapes.

- Standard Size | Turtle Mask 2.0 : 15cm x 18 cm x 6.5cm

Q: How to measure the size?
A: The measurements are base on the actual width and length of the material. Since the shape of the mask is molded to fit the face, measuring should be done by guiding the measurement tape alongside the curvature of the material.

Q: Do you offer any special discounts or offers for essential, healthcare or frontline workers?
A: We are a small business and are forever grateful for all the sacrifices that essential, healthcare and frontline workers make for us every day amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Q: Do you offer any special discounts or offers for students?
A: Currently, we are offering a 20% discount on all "Turtle Masks" for all students upon student ID verification.
Q: Why are masks not eligible for return or exchange?
A: Due to the unique circumstances, COVID-19 has created all sales are considered final. It would be unsafe for the staff to receive masks that have been tried on or handled.
Q: What is PM2.5?
A: According to The United States Environmental Protection Agency, PM stands for particulate matter (also called particle pollution). PM2.5 are fine inhalable particles, with diameters that are generally 2.5 micrometers and smaller.
Q: How many layers does the PM2.5 filter have?
A: The PM2.5 filter has 5 layers which consist of [1] Anti-sticking cloth, [2] Filter cloth, [3] Activated carbon, [4] Filter cloth, [5] Anti-sticking cloth.
Q: How long can you use a PM2.5 filter?
A: The PM2.5 filter can be effective for 1 to 3 days or around 1-2 weeks of occasional use.
Q: Can I wash my PM2.5 filter?
A: No, the PM2.5 is a disposable item that can't be reused or washed.
